Registration - Russ' Memorial
Dear Family, Friends, and Community,
We will have a Memorial Service to Celebrate the life of Russel Roy Yeoman on Saturday April 25th, 2009. This celebration of Russ will include personal sharing, film, music, singing, and artwork.
The Memorial Service does require REGISTRATION, we need this to determine event arrangements with headcount and also to keep it private. Once you are registered your name will be put on the Guest List and then you will be allowed into the event.
Registration Deadline is April 17th and it is first come first serve for up to 250 people.

Doors Open at 16:00
Event Begins Promptly at 17:00 – please be on time.
Event Ending at 21:00 with a procession to the Main River - 300 meters away.

Ebisu Sushi Lounge, Baselerplatz 10 (corner of Gutleutstrasse and Baselerplatz) in the OVAL building round shaped building it is 50 meters from Baselplatz Strassenbahn stop, OR 5 min walk from the South Side of the Main Station.

Dress Code:
Please dress stylish and fashionable, and feel free to include Orange, Purple or Hot Pink into your outfit as these were favorite colors of Russ. Please note there will be no coat racks at the event so dress accordingly. Also wear comfortable shoes as we will walk to the Main River for a final farewell ceremony at 20:45. The Main is about 300 meters away.

Parking and Driving Instructions:
EBISU Sushi Bar is in the centre of Frankfurt southwards from the
main station (toward the river) and located in a New building
called 'Oval' on the ground floor of the building on the side next
to Mosch Mosch.
Within walking distance from main station Frankfurt (5 minutes)
Exit main station through the south entrance (Sued-Ausgang) .
Cross the street 'Mannheimer Strasse' and follow the
street 'Baseler Strasse' straight on.
Change the street side at the traffic light shortly
before 'Baseler Platz' and cross the street 'Gutleutstrasse' .
Straight ahead is 'Oval' an Egg shaped Building directly on Baselerplatz.
On the Ground floor around the side facing Mosch Mosch is Ebisu
Sushi Lounge.
By car using highway A5:
Take exit 'Westkreuz Frankfurt' from both directions and follow
the highway towards 'Messe / Hauptbahnhof'.
Drive into Frankfurt by following the street straight ahead,
passing trade fair (Messe), leaving the main station (Hauptbahnhof)
behind on your right hand side, before you afterwards arrive
at 'Baseler Platz'.
The building 'Oval' is now infront of you on your left hand side.
To the Parking Garage 'Baseler Platz' can be entered from the Gutleutstrasse.
Shortly before 'Baseler Platz' use the right lane towards 'Stadtmitte' , surround the 'Baseler Platz' and drive straight ahead into 'Wilhelm-Leuschner- Strasse'. Turn left at the
first street 'Wiesenhuettenstrasse' and left again into 'Gutleutstrasse' .
On your left hand side is the parking garage 'Baseler Platz'.

Anmeldung - Russ' Memorial
Liebe Familie, Freunde und Gemeinschaft,
Wir werden am Samstag den 25. April 2009 eine Abschiedsfeier für Russel Roy Yeoman veranstalten. Die Feier für Russ beinhaltet unter anderem Filme, Live Musik und seine Kunstwerke.
Die Abschiedsfeier erfordert einer Anmeldung damit wir die genau Anzahl der Gäste wissen und damit ein privater Rahmen am Veranstaltungsort ermöglicht werden kann. Nachdem du dich angemeldet hast wird dein Name auf der Gästeliste stehen.
Bitte beachte: Anmeldeschluss für die Abschiedsfeier ist der 17. April 2009!
Wir nehmen des weiteren nur bis zu 250 Anmeldungen entgegen.

- Start der Veranstaltung ist pünktlich um 17 Uhr
- Die Veranstaltung endet um 21 Uhr mit einer letzten Verabschiedung am Main (rund 300 Meter entfernt)

Ebisu Sushi Lounge, Baselerplatz 10 (Ecke Gutleutstraße und Baselerplatz). Ebisu ist in dem Ovalen Gebäude 50 Meter vom Baselerplatz entfernt. Der Baseler Platz ist auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle - Der Hauptbahnhof ist 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt.

Bitte kleide dich stilvoll und modisch. Du darfst gerne orange, lila oder pink integrieren, da dies Russ’ Lieblingsfarben waren. Bitte beachte, dass wir keine Kleiderständer zu Verfügung stellen können. Bitte trage auch bequeme Schuhe, da wir um 20:45 Uhr für den letzten Abschied, zum Main gehen werden.

Nehme die Ausfahrt ‘Westkreuz Frankfurt’ und folge der Beschilderung Richtung ‘Messe/Hauptbahnhof’. Passiere erst die Messe und dann den Hauptbahnhof, die zu deiner Rechten liegen. Danach fährst du direkt auf den Baseler Platz zu. Du siehst das Gebäude ‘Oval’ zu deiner Linken.

Dear Community,
As Russ Yeoman, gave so much to all of us with his heart, his creativity, his love of the arts, his films, and of course his legendary Halloween Bashes here in Frankfurt.
We would like to ask your support for Russ and his family in this time of loss and sorrow. The financial situation of Russ and the family is not able to support the costs of the cremation and costs of transportation back to USA, & other expenses for arrangements surrounding this unfortunate time.
We need to raise around 4000 euros to support the costs of all of this and the timeframe is quite short as well as the funds are required by April 5th.
So please reach into your heart and support this wonderful man who gave so much to our community and to our lives. I know Russ and his family will deeply appreciate it.
