Registration - Russ' Memorial

Dear Family, Friends, and Community,

We will have a Memorial Service to Celebrate the life of Russel Roy Yeoman on Saturday April 25^th, 2009. This celebration of Russ will include personal sharing, film, music, singing, and artwork.

The Memorial Service does require REGISTRATION, we need this to determine event arrangements with headcount and also to keep it private. Once you are registered your name will be put on the Guest List and then you will be allowed into the event.

Registration Deadline is April 17^th and it is first come first serve for up to 250 people.

Details:

Doors Open at 16:00

Event Begins Promptly at 17:00 – please be on time.

Event Ending at 21:00 with a procession to the Main River - 300 meters away.

Ebisu Sushi Lounge, Baselerplatz 10 (corner of Gutleutstrasse and Baselerplatz) in the OVAL building round shaped building it is 50 meters from Baselplatz Strassenbahn stop, OR 5 min walk from the South Side of the Main Station.

All Drinks are for purchase at the bar.

Dress Code:

Please dress stylish and fashionable, and feel free to include Orange, Purple or Hot Pink into your outfit as these were favorite colors of Russ. Please note there will be no coat racks at the event so dress accordingly. Also wear comfortable shoes as we will walk to the Main River for a final farewell ceremony at 20:45. The Main is about 300 meters away.

Parking and Driving Instructions:
EBISU Sushi Bar is in the centre of Frankfurt southwards from the
main station (toward the river) and located in a New building
called 'Oval' on the ground floor of the building on the side next
to Mosch Mosch.

Within walking distance from main station Frankfurt (5 minutes)

Exit main station through the south entrance (Sued-Ausgang) .
Cross the street 'Mannheimer Strasse' and follow the
street 'Baseler Strasse' straight on.
Change the street side at the traffic light shortly
before 'Baseler Platz' and cross the street 'Gutleutstrasse' .

Straight ahead is 'Oval' an Egg shaped Building directly on Baselerplatz.
On the Ground floor around the side facing Mosch Mosch is Ebisu
Sushi Lounge.

By car using highway A5:
Take exit 'Westkreuz Frankfurt' from both directions and follow
the highway towards 'Messe / Hauptbahnhof'.
Drive into Frankfurt by following the street straight ahead,
passing trade fair (Messe), leaving the main station (Hauptbahnhof)
behind on your right hand side, before you afterwards arrive
at 'Baseler Platz'.
The building 'Oval' is now infront of you on your left hand side.

To the Parking Garage 'Baseler Platz' can be entered from the Gutleutstrasse.
Shortly before 'Baseler Platz' use the right lane towards 'Stadtmitte' , surround the 'Baseler Platz' and drive straight ahead into 'Wilhelm-Leuschner- Strasse'. Turn left at the
first street 'Wiesenhuettenstrasse' and left again into 'Gutleutstrasse' .
On your left hand side is the parking garage 'Baseler Platz'.
